Fee Collection Rule – Shyama Devi Public School

The tuition fee is too deposited during the first fifteen days of every quarter. Late fee Rs.50/- during the same period of next month.
If the arrears exceed for more than two months, the child’s name will be struck off from the school register.
Fee for the whole year can be paid in advance.
Fee once paid will not be refunded.
Full school fee will be charged even if the student joins in the middle of the session and students leaving in the middle of the year will have to pay the fees for the whole year.
A student will not be allowed to appear for examination unless all dues are paid.
The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually in order to meet the rise in expenditure due to increase in the cost of living.
Parents should ensure that the registration number, class, section and the name of the student are duly entered in the fee receipt in order to avoid inconvenience.
Bus fee will be charged for twelve months payable in advance along with the fee installments will depend upon the distance & will be revised with an increase in the price of diesel etc.
