Admission Process For  Students

  • As per CBSE guidelines, the school's academic year runs from April to March. Admission to Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Class I-XII are taken in the month of February and March.
  • Prospectus along with the Registration form shall be available in the school office and can be collected during office hours.
  • Please note, Registration does not confirm admission. Admissions are subject to the availability of seats.
  • Prerequisites for Registrations:
    • Class: LKG/UKG/Ist
      • The child to be admitted to the school must have completed the age of three and half years for class LKG, four and half years for UKG, and Five years for Ist on or before March 31st of the admission year.
      • Birth Certificate:
        • Birth certificates issued by a competent authority such as Panchayat/ Mahanagarpalika/Nagarpalika ONLY are acceptable.
        • The date of Birth, as mentioned in the birth certificate, cannot be changed in the future on any account.
      • Passport-size photographs of the students are to be affixed to the Registration form.
    • Class: VI - Application for class VI will be accepted only if the student to be admitted has finished class V from a recognized English Medium School.
      • Transfer Certificate from the school where student finished his/her class V, countersigned by the competent authority.
      • Age: A student seeking admission in class VI shall have completed 10 and half years of age on March 31st of the admission year.
      • The date of birth, as mentioned on Transfer Certificate, cannot be changed at any later stage.
      • Passport-size photographs of the students are to be affixed to the Registration form.
      • Report cards of a Class V annual examination shall be submitted at the time of admission.
    • Other Classes: Same as for class VI but the admissions will depend on the availability of seats.
  • The child to be registered must be accompanied by at least one of the parents.
  • Passport-size photographs must be affixed on the Registration form and acknowledgment slips.
  • Interaction with the candidate. All the children registered for admission shall be required to participate in one on one interaction session [parents will be informed about the session in advance]
    • Children registered for admission in class LKG/UKG/Ist are expected to
      • Recognize and recite the English alphabet.
      • Recognize and recite the Hindi alphabet.
      • Recognize and count numbers 1-20.
      • Recognize colors, flowers, animals, birds, and fruits.
    • There is no interview with either the child or the parents. However, registered children brought for interaction sessions are expected to be accompanied by at least one of the parents.
  • A list of the children selected for admission will be published on the school Notice Board on the informed date.
  • Parents shall collect the fee pay-in-slip from the school office and deposit the first installment of the fees at the time of admission.
  • The admission procedure for the selected children must be completed on the assigned days. Those who fail to comply shall forfeit their admission.
  • The following documents are essential at the time of admission
    • Birth Certificate issued by competent authority for class LKG/UKG/Ist.
    • Transfer certificate from the last school attended for class II and above.
    • Mark List [Report Card] of the last class in the original.
    • Two passport-size photographs.
    • The parent's presence is compulsory on the day of admission.
